We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies stated here.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using our Site or purchasing from us, you agree that:

You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
You will use our products and services legally and responsibly.
You will not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You will not upload or transmit harmful code, viruses, or offensive content.

Violation of these terms may result in termination of your access to our services.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCT INFORMATION

Product colors may vary slightly from screen display due to lighting and monitor calibration.
Sizes are approximate and may differ within 0.5–1 inch of the listed measurements.
Each canvas or framed print is handcrafted and unique — minor variations are normal.
Our production time is typically 2–5 business days before shipment.

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

SECTION 3 – PRICING AND MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue products or services without prior notice.
Update prices at any time.
Refuse or limit any order we deem suspicious or noncompliant with our policies.

SECTION 4 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for:

Billing and payment
Shipping and contact details

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by customers.

SECTION 5 – ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, your order enters production and cannot be modified or canceled.
Cancellations after 24 hours may be subject to a 50% charge of the order total.
Once production begins, we cannot make any changes to design, size, or shipping address.

SECTION 6 – PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Due to the handcrafted nature of our home decor products:

Minor variations in color, print placement, or texture are expected.
These variations are not considered defects.
Product photos are representative and may not reflect exact final details.

Each item is made with care and attention — small differences are part of the artisanal process.

SECTION 7 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ManCaveHut LLC shall not be liable for:

Slight variations in color, size, or material texture
Delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events
Damages during transit (we will assist with claims if applicable)
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Normal handcrafted imperfections within tolerance

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.

SECTION 8 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ManCaveHut LLC from any claim or demand arising out of:

Your breach of these Terms
Your violation of any law or third-party rights
Your misuse of our products or services

SECTION 9 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States.
Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Colorado State courts.

Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
