  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

  • Processing begins after payment confirmation

  • Orders containing large or complex items may require extra handling time

2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

🇺🇸 United States Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

  • Tracking number provided via email once shipped

  • Orders shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS

🌍 International Shipping

  • Available worldwide

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days

  • International tracking provided where available

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local fees

  • Customs clearance times are not included in the estimated delivery window

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or customs inspection.


3. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight

  • Selected shipping method

Free shipping applies automatically to orders over $200 (USD) within the United States.
Bulk or wholesale orders may qualify for special rates — please contact us for details.


4. ORDER TRACKING

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

  • You can track your order directly on our website or via the carrier’s portal

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch

  • If tracking does not update after 3 business days, please contact our support team


5. ADDRESS INFORMATION

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.

  • We cannot modify or reroute shipments after processing begins

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays

  • Reshipment fees for returned or misdelivered packages are the customer’s responsibility


6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

We stand behind our products and will help resolve any shipping issues.

  • Lost shipments will be investigated directly with the carrier

  • Damaged packages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos of packaging and product damage are required for claims

  • Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement or refund as appropriate

We do not cover loss or damage caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
