Important Notice About Personalized Products

Please note: Every item from ManCaveHut is custom-made and personalized to your order specifications.
Because of this, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has started — unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error.
Please double-check your order details (size, color, design, spelling, etc.) before confirming checkout.

How to Request a Return

  1. Document the Issue

    • Take 3 clear photos: full product (front & back), packaging with shipping label, and close-up of the issue.

    • Optional: short video clip if relevant.
